He joined Sinaiko after serving as an Associate Managing Director of Kroll, Inc., and as a Consulting Manager for Arthur Andersen LLP. Greg has performed a substantial number of valuations for compensation arrangements, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, tax planning, corporate reorganizations and financial reporting.

Jeff Sinaiko is President of Sinaiko Healthcare Consulting, Inc., in Los Angeles. Jeff’s clients include hospitals, health systems, medical groups, ancillary service providers and other healthcare provider businesses.
